Bavarians (15U-19U)

The Bavarian Program is designed to combine all the aspects of soccer to develop the highest potential of our players 15U thru 19U. Training remains our top priority, but in this age group, additional emphasis is placed on tactical training and training at a high speed to prepare
our players for the next level.

Bavarian offers two tiers of training at the Bavarian level to accommodate
various levels of commitment.
  • Our Premier program is designed for players seeking a competitive and rigorous curriculum.
  • Our Select program uses the same training standards, but has fewer training sessions weekly, thus allowing players who have other interests and/or commitments to more easily pursue them.
  • 15U players have the option to play the full school year with a Bavarian team or the more traditional route of playing Bavarians opposite of high school seasons (Fall for boys, Spring for Girls).

Teams are formed during tryouts held in June of each year. The Bavarian Soccer Club follows the US Soccer Federation's "Player Development Curriculum". Our club serves our community in developing players to the next level of the pyramid. We field Junior teams in the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association (WYSA), the Wisconsin Development Academy (WDA), and the Midwest Regional League.

College Showcase Tournaments
A focus is placed on national showcase events with an emphasis of getting players ready for the next level. This demands commitment not only to soccer but also to academics.  The Bavarian coaching staff is aware of demands of a balanced lifestyle at this age and will work with families to ensure soccer can be part of the player's experience.
