COVID-19 Updates

By Ryan Heckman, President, 03/24/20, 3:45PM CDT

All youth games and training suspended until April 15

Bavarian Families,

We want to thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these uncertain times.  Please know the Directors and coaches are working on training material, rescheduling and prepare for an eventual spring season.  We are hopeful the steps being taken, by the many different governing bodies, will assist in making this a possibility.

We are extending the spring suspension through 4/15. Keeping the health and well-being of our players, coaches, members and all of our families as our top priority, this is the appropriate decision at this time. As we continue to review new information, we will communicate any further changes.

Now for the players… I hope each of them know they are what make Bavarian one of the oldest and most recognized club in the state. Over 90 years of success is not by chance, it is the passion that comes from our player and coaches to be the best, that consistently separates us from our competition. The Bavarian Soccer Club is committed to providing the training resources to keep our members engaged and growing during this interruption.  Coaches will be reaching out to introduce BAVARIAN E-COACHING and maintain contact with their teams. Just because we can’t be physically at the club doesn’t mean we have to stop training!

Director of Coaching, Bob Spielmann is working on challenges, for each group and a chance to win gift cards.  We want to help keep the players active and engaged. Please watch for details from your respective Directors.  Let’s do what we can to keep everyone training and have a little fun!
